Consumption Bar & Cash Bar Minimums

▪ A $150.00 Set-Up Fee will be Added to the Client’s Final Bill if the Bar Revenue Does Not Meet or Exceed $300.00. 

Additional Bars / Bartenders:

▪ Set Up Fee for Additional Bars is $175.00 per Bar
▪ Additional Bartenders are Available at $35 per Hour

All Bar Packages are subject to 8.75% Sales Tax and 22% Administrative Service Charge.

Please remember, due to New York State and Federal Laws, the bar and wait staff will NOT be permitted to serve alcoholic beverages to intoxicated persons or to guests under 21 years of age. Please notify us of guests under 21 that will be attending.

We respectively reserve the right to close any bar early if we deem necessary in the interest of safety for your guests and our staff. If a guest is found to be providing alcohol or if there is any indication that there is alcohol on premise not being served by FEAST & FESTIVITIES, all bars will be closed immediately. This is a NYS Liquor Liability issue and it is our responsibility, as the Liquor License Holder, to enforce and abide by all Liquor Authority Laws.
